| One-time replacement Within 1 year for CS, MW and 2 years for LO Original Rx / Original Frame | We will honor a one-time replacement for lens scratches under normal patient use in the original frame with the original prescription. The warranty applies to scratching, crazing or peeling under normal wear and tear conditions. Abused lenses or lenses scratched during processing are not covered. A replacement order must be for the original Rx in the original frame within the warranty period. Original lenses must be returned to EYE VISUS facility and validated for the defect in order to receive your replacement lenses. |

BASIC CARE FOR YOUR NEW GLASSES
The first thing to remember is always carry your prescription glasses and sunglasses in a case, use both hands to take them off (which helps maintain their original shape), and never place them lens down on a surface (as this can result in scratched lenses). Keep an eye on the screws that hold the frame together and, if you find one is loose take your glasses into your local store.
TIPS FOR CLEANING AND SCRATCHES
Use an original special spray lens cleaner . After that clean your glasses regularly with your original lens wipe. Treat your glasses gently while cleaning, as it can be easy to distort their shape or bend the frames or nose pieces. If this happens, avoid trying to fix the problem yourself but drop into an optic store instead, optic stores have the tools to do a better and safer job.
